We’re excited to offer exclusive Weekend Family Mini Sessions just for families and staff of your daycare center! These special mini photo sessions are designed to make family portraits easy, fun, and affordable — all without the hassle of traveling to a studio. 

• Exclusive to Daycare Families: These sessions are available only to families enrolled at your daycare and staff, creating a close-knit community experience.
   
• Quick and Convenient: Each session lasts about 10 minutes, perfect for busy families.
   
• Variety of Beautiful Backdrops: Choose from a selection of charming, themed backdrops that create a warm, inviting atmosphere for your family photos.

• Affordable Packages: Various print and digital options make it easy to choose what works best for your family.

We’ve made the process simple and stress-free — for both the daycare center and the families!

1. The Center Picks a Date & Backdrop:
   We coordinate with your center to select a weekend date that works best. Centers also get to choose from a variety of beautiful, themed backdrops to set the tone for the session.
    
2. Families Sign Up for a Time Slot:
   Once the date and backdrop are chosen, families receive a link to reserve their session time. Each session lasts about 10 minutes and is booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
    
3. Small Sitting Fee to Reserve Your Spot:
   Families secure their session with a small sitting fee at the time of booking. This helps us plan the schedule and ensures your spot is reserved. A portion of each sitting fee is donated back to the daycare center.
    
4. Session Day:
   On the selected weekend, we bring everything needed — backdrop, lighting, and a welcoming atmosphere. Families simply arrive at their chosen time and enjoy a fun, relaxed portrait experience.
    
5. Gallery Delivery & Ordering:
   Families receive a private online gallery where they can view their photos and order prints, digital images, or both — all through the website.
    
6. Flexible Delivery Options:
   Centers can choose to have the orders mailed directly to the family's home or hand-delivered to the daycare center for added convenience.
    
7. Giving Back to the Daycare:
   A percentage of sales are donated back to the daycare, helping fund classroom supplies, activities, or enrichment opportunities. These sessions not only create memories but also give back to your center.
