Does scheduling preschools or daycares cost anything?
Nope! There is no cost to the school, we make our money off of sales from our wonderful photographs.
What will Little Sprouts need from me?
We try and take a lot of the pressure off of school directors and their staff during our picture day process!
So, we only need a few things from you:
During picture day:
- A cleared out private space or classroom that is at least 10x10
- Provide a staff member to remain in the room at all times with us while children are present
- Usher children to and from their designated classrooms
After picture day:
- We will provide you with proof sheets
- Direct all parent questions to Candice@littlesproutsphoto.com
- Hang photo order form due date posters
- Photo packages will arrive 2-3 weeks after orders have been placed
Do you offer discounts for Staff children?
Yes! All school staff will receive 30% off their children's prints or FREE digital downloads.
What backdrops or themes do you offer?
We offer a variety of set-ups to choose from. Spring, Graduation, Back to School, Fall, and Holiday pictures. Browse our website to choose your set-up. The backdrop will also be featured on the picture day poster we provide so that parents can coordinate outfits if they desire.
When do you offer picture days?
Most of our schools have us come twice a year or more.
Spring and Graduation pictures are taken in March, April, and May,
Back to School, Fall, and Holiday pictures are taken in August, September, October, and November
Do you offer Staff headshots?
Yes! And at no additional cost to your school! This is a service we provide as a gift just to say thank you for allowing us to photograph your precious kiddos! These are done on a solid backdrop color of your choice.
Do you provide school staff ids?
Yes! We can design and print staff ids for your school at no additional cost.
Do you offer class pictures?
Yes! We can do a Traditional Group Class Pictures or Headshot Composite Class Pictures. You choose which option you would like for your center.
Do you offer a donation back to the school?
As a way to say thank you for choosing Little Sprouts as your school photographer, we offer 10% of sales donated back to the school or a FREE outdoor family photo session every year your center schedules. This can be used by any worker or donated to a family in the center. Please contact us for details.
